The staff went out of their way to help us, including allowing us to use their personal shower facilities. the room was spacious with a lovely balcony and great mountain views. the hostel is located in a quiet area near Sapa Lake.
Felt so at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We loved our stay at this budget-friendly hostel! The private twin room had two large double beds and a lovely balcony with views of Sapa Town. The room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels. The shower had great hot water and the heated mattress kept us warm during the cold winter nights. The staff were nice and helpful, even assisting us in making a phone call to the train office. The dorm room was spacious with plenty of storage and comfortable beds with curtains, plugs, and lights. the hostel was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for our stay in Sapa.
We felt right at home here and had no complaints at all.

stayed at a clean and helpful hostel in sapa, staff fixed our tour mixup and breakfast was above average. loved the early check-in and free luggage storage. great experience overall!

The hostel is perfectly located, with stunning views of the highland and easy access to the city and bus stations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft beds and heaters. The owners are friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for activities in Sapa. The value for money is excellent, with free fast wifi and spacious rooms.

This cozy and comfortable hostel in the heart of Sapa is a gem. You'll love the spacious rooms with amazing twin beds and privacy curtains that fully cover the bed. the owners on site are incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring a great stay. the WiFi is stable, and the shower/toilet rooms inside the bedrooms are convenient.
The hot showers have a limited supply of hot water.
